Ridley Electric is more than just an Electrical Contracting firm! We have a full time staff of Electrical Engineers and Designers. Our Engineers can provide project design, PLC programming and project documentation. Our firm has an extensive background in high/low AC/DC voltage, Process control, PLC programming, building services, and fiber optic data cable installation. We routinely handle large and small installations and modifications.
Ridley Electric also has a extensive background in Instrumentation. We employ full time instrumentation technicians and have all the equipment needed to test and calibrate instrumentation devices, controllers, valves etc. Our instrumentation group can provide loop/control designs, calibration services and start-up assistance as well as on-going maintenance and calibration. We have expertise on all major devices manufactured by Honeywell, Bristol Babcock, Rosemount, Yokogawa & Foxboro to name a few. Consider Ridley Electric when it comes to your instrumentation needs.
Documentation is a large part of any project. We staff trained Microstation and AutoCad operators. Our Designers can provide you with designs & proposals in CAD format for your electrical and/or mechanical projects. We also provide as-builts when requested. We can also provide scheduling services for all projects we work on. Our staff of operators are computer literate and will work with you and your standards to deliver a product that meets your needs!
Ridley Electric also offers 3D computer rendering and animation. 3D images can convey an idea and show how a proposed project will look prior to breaking ground. Rendered images can also help sell a project or idea to a third party client. 3D design can be used to determine interferences and "best fit" proposals. If needed, animations can be provided for your project on VHS tape. Some animation examples are building walk throughs and process equipment layout. All rendering and video work is done in-house on Ridley Electric computers by Ridley Electric employees.
Safety is the most important part of any project and we always maintain a safe work environment on your job. We have an on-going safety program and all of our employees are educated weekly on various safety related topics. We will work with you to insure all project work adheres to your safety standards!
